so the year 2009 has started, nothing feels different, but i feel better.
at least i feel that a load of things has been lifted out from me.


countdown was boring, i only enjoyed the fireworks not much of the show.
new years eve i was just traveling and traveling. train, bus, taxi and by foot.

after class we had lunch at school before heading down to bugis with jasmine and joohong. accompanied since jasmine had to wait till her workplace finished lunch. went bugis street to find for nice things... ended up only joohong bought things. hahaha. took a bus down to jasmine workplace. after reaching there, joohong and me just stood aside and joke about everything. my stomach was so pain after coming out with jokes and laughing at myself. hahaha.
while going home, daddy called and said that he and kit's family were down at arab street and we would meet for dinner at bugis... i was pretty late when i left house so i cabbed down. it was the most expensive ride to bugis and the most expensive ride i had for that week. the taxi driver was kinda chatty also. dinner was at crystal jade so i was like "why do cabbing session go so well with crystal jade? twice in a week..."
had a wide spread of food for the total of 9 of us. after dinner we took the train down to cityhall and make our way to the floating platform for the countdown event. there was a short preconcert but once it ended it was like totally stoning session...
the show wasn't a hyped up one, pretty much just staring at the scenery and sometimes at the stage... there wasn't even alot of people at the platform. the only thing that made a WOW impact was the fireworks, magnicent view of it. (: going back to the station was like being in a sardine can. no being in a noisy and irritating sardine can.
walked to chijmes since my sister needed the toilet. when we wanted to take the bus home, there seemed to not have bus already. why is the bus service even off when the road is block?! it is like practically forcing people to only take the train. taxi won't stop so we made our way home by walking. the whole journey wasn't a pleasant one... daddy got a taxi when it was half of our journey so we cabbed home in the end.

new years day was another day spending with kit's family. we met them at cck MRT to go to qianhu... waited for the bus and next we were there looking at fishes. koi, weird fishes, lobsters and shrimps, expensive coloured fishes, goldfish, dragonfish (chow yun fatt's dragonfish too)... after viewing the fishes we went to do fishspa, new experience man! only the grp of us were screaming laughing, others stare at us with straight faces... the trick to this is really not to look at the fishes. hahaha! sat down at the qianhu's cafe for some drinks and food before setting back off to cck...
brought them to do some shopping at lot1 before parting. they had to go to the night safari while us for dinner and home for tutorials. hahahaha!

back to school on friday. in which elina, joohong and jasmine didn't come for the first half of the classes. so she was nice to accompany me during the break and not go home. we headed down to far east to do some shopping. wasn't late for class. jasmine came for the 2nd half of school. lessons ended pretty early, jasmine, mingjian and me were pretty amazed by the emptiness of the train. didn't had my keys so i headed to my aunt's house and slept for like 2 whole hours before going home. hahaha!!


on saturday, our family had planned for dinner with kit's family at lau pa sat. but i went out beforehand with joohong... since he missed our friday night to had chomp chomp! nevermind i had an agenda but i think i never did fulfill it. hahaha! from wheelock to wistmas, taka and cineleisure. but i had no inspiration. ):
i'm going to blame it on joohong's rubicks cube. so stressful make me cannot think. HAHAHAHA! so joohong had to meet ryan so i left to meet my parents at raffles place. we walked to lau pa sat and had dinner. so much food made us all so bloated. walked to boat quay and had coffee by the river...
couldn't sleep last night so i spent the whole night listening to radio... power98 and perfect10. gosh i've not listened to radio for so long! plus all the songs that we playing at the ones i know. which is good right! (:


as for today. everyone in the family is just tryin to catch up with little nonya. hahaha! (:
